Antipasto Recipe


  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 pound each chicken roll (diced), bologna sliced, turkey ham strips
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 1/8 pound sliced hard salami
  • 1 can (3 ounce) ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 2 large eggs, hard cooked sliced
  • 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing


Arrange Lettuce On Serving Platter. Top With Remaining Ingredients Except Dressing. Drizzle With Dressing.
