- 3/4 c. light cream
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Salt and freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
- 1 pkg. (9 ounce.) frzn artichoke hearts, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. soft fresh bread crumbs
