- 1/2 x level tsp grnd cinnamon

- 1 x level tsp caster sugar
- 9 sht filo pastry about
- 125 gm total weight
- 75 gm butter melted
- 2 sm bananas peeled and sliced
- 25 gm icing sugar sieved to dust
- 1 x level tsp grnd cinnamon to dust
