Ingredients
- 4 c. Granny Smith apples, cut up
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 c. dry roasted peanuts, minced
Description
Cook Sugar, Pineapple, Egg, Cornstarch, And Vinegar Till Thick (stir Constantly). Let Mix Cold. Mix In Apples, Cold Whip, And Half Of The Peanuts. Top With Remaining Nuts.
