  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Flavor CRISCO Stick or possibly 2 Tbsp. Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1 dsh grnd nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 2/3 c. half-and-half
  • 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
