Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Salad Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 c. Bourbon, Sherry, Or possibly Wine
- 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1 x Freshly Grnd Pepper
Description
Combine All Ingredients And Pour Over Meat. Marinate In Refrigerator. Also Use To Baste Meat As You Cook It. Good On Red Meat, Fish Or Possibly Chicken.
