• 1 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. nuts
• 1 c. warm applesauce, unsweetened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Description

Cream Butter. Add In Sugar; Blend Well. Add In Beaten Egg And Applesauce. Rub Raisins With A Little Flour. Add In Remaining Ingredients. Bake About 1 Hour In Moderate Oven.
