- 3 T sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 3 whole lg. chicken breasts (about 3 pound) skinned, halved lengthwise & boned 2 T veg. oil
- 2 ounce Brie cheese (with rind intact) or possibly Swiss cheese, cut into 6 strips
- 1 T water
- 1 recipe Tarragon Cream Sauce
- Fresh tarragon, optional
