- 2/3 c. lowfat milk

- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. finely minced dry cranberries
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. snipped chives
- 2 Tbsp. minced pecans
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 2 x Granny Smith apples, pared, cored and sliced into 1/4" slices
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
