- 12 x Asparagus stalks, bottom 2 inches of stalks peeled, blanched for 4 min in boiling water and liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. Fine dry bread crumbs
- 4 x Red bell peppers
- 1/2 x Lime, Juice of
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
