  • 1/2 c. Soft fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 x Lemon, Juice of
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 lb Phyllo pastry, thawed
  • 1/3 c. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb Shredded crab meat, picked over and shredded
  • 4 x Thick, (1/2 inch) slices of a large red onion, grilled till charred and softened
  • 12 x Asparagus stalks, bottom 2 inches of stalks peeled, blanched for 4 min in boiling water and liquid removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 4 x Red bell peppers
  • 1/2 x Lime, Juice of
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
