- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 med. green pepper, finely minced (1 c.)
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can salt-reduced tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (8 ounce.) can salt-reduced tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 ounce. lasagna noodles
- 2 c. loose-packed frzn mixed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 (15 ounce.) carton Ricotta cheese or possibly cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded or possibly crumbled farmer cheese (4 ounce.) (I use Monterey Jack cheese)
