  • 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 4 ounce nonfat cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounce nonfat Swiss cheese
  • 3 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp water
