- 1 lrg white onion thinly sliced
- 5 Tbsp. whole Greek yogurt
- 2 x lemons, juiced
- 1/4 c. minced mint
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro
- 2 x green chiles, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. ghee or possibly oil
- 3 c. Basmati rice
- 1 tsp saffron (or possibly 10 threads fresh saffron) boiled in 1-c. lowfat milk for 5 min
