Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken thighs or legs, skinless, cut in half with bone
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Peppercorns, crush about half
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 bay leaves
  • kosher salt to taste
