  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. canned applesauce
  • 2 T melted shortening

Description

Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Grease 9-inch X 5-inch X 3-inch Loaf Pan. Sift Together Flour, Sugar, Baking Pwdr, Cinnamon, Salt, Soda. Add In Walnuts To Sifted Mix.
