- 1 Tbsp. brown rice syrup
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 10 ounce dry buckwheat soba noodles
- 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 sm yellow onion finely diced
- 2 c. finely shredded green Or possibly Napa cabbage
- 1 c. fresh mung bean or possibly soy bean sprouts
- 4 x lime wedges
