- 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Grainy mustard
- 5 x Anchovy fillets in oil, liquid removed and coarsely minced
- 5 x Basil leaves, minced
- 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Warm water
- 4 lrg Sprigs chervil
