Ingredients

  • 2 slc bacon diced
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 pch cayenne
  • 4 lb chicken or possibly rabbit cut up
  •     (with giblets if chicken is used)
  • 3 x onions thinly sliced
  • 4 x tomatoes minced
  • 1 x red bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 2 c. lima beans fresh
  • 2 c. corn kernels
  • 1/2 c. sliced okra
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
