Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 c. Fennel, minced
  • 1 c. Sweet onions, minced
  • 4 ounce Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 pch Dry dill
  • 1 pch Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 pch Red pepper flakes
  • 2 med Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1 pch Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 2/3 ounce Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed as directed
  •     Diet Butter Spray
  • 1/2 c. Water
  •     Long peel of orange zest, (1" by 4")
  • 1 sprg fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Vegetarian bouillon, such as Better than Bouillion (tm)
  • 1 Tbsp. Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 x Orange, juice only
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch, in solution
