Spinach Dip In Rye Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn, minced spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. minced green onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. plain yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd black pepper
  • 2 (1 pound) loaves rye or possibly pumpernickel bread, round or possibly oval
  • radish slices (optional)
