- Â Â Green Papaya Salad
- Â Â Sprig of Thai basil
- 1 lb Unripe green papaya, peeled
- Â Â And grated, or possibly cut into
- Â Â Julienne strips
- 6 x Green bird's eye chilies,
- Â Â Seeded and diced
- 5 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 ounce Long beans, blanched and cut
- Â Â Into 1-inch pcs
- 2 Tbsp. Roasted cashews
- 1/4 tsp Dry shrimp, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Crushed palm sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Bottled Thai fish sauce
