  • 1 lb Shell-on Shrimp, uncooked
  • 1 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Cooked Cannellini beans, *
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs*, (up to 2/3)
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar Or possibly red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers, liquid removed
