Apple Raisin Bran Muffins - Diet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 med. apples, peeled & grated
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 1/3 c. dry lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar replacement
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted, then blenderized
  • 4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 4 ounce raisin bran flakes

Description

Put Together Apples, Water, Oil And Vanilla. Mix Dry Ingredients In Another Bowl. Mix Together. Makes 12 Muffins. Bake At 350 Degrees For 25 Min.
