Ingredients
- Cake-
- 1 cup All Purpose flour/ Maida
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- For chocolate layering-
- 300 gm dark cooking chocolate
- 1/2 cup cream
- For fondant-
- 400 gm 10 X Icing sugar +75 gm for rolling the dough
- 1 tbsp Gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar syrup (Boil 1 cup sugar with 1/3 cup water until syrupy)
- 1.5 tbsp glycerin
- 1 tbsp vegetable shortening or Clarified butter
