- 3/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chipotle pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cumin pwdr
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 3/4 c. Bourbon
- 1 c. Reserved marinade
- 6 ounce Beer
- Â Â Balance reserved marinade
- 1 can Tomato sauce, 16 ounce.
- 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- 1 tsp Mustard pwdr
- 4 x Cloves garlic, or possibly 5, roasted
- 1 med Onion, sliced and roasted
