- 1 x young tender chicken cut into 8 pcs
- 1/2 lb lean pork cut into cubes the s
- 1/4 lb lean ham diced
- 10 sm fresh sausages
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 x pimentos or possibly small green bell peppers minced small
- 2 x tender artichokes cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1 c. precooked white beans Navy, Great Northern, etc.
- 2 x cloves garlic peeled and chopped
- 2 sprg parsley chopped
- 1 x bay leaf
- 3 sm to medium tomatoes peeled and minced
- 2 c. rice
- 1 Tbsp. sweet red (Spanish) paprika
- 4 c. stock or possibly water boiling
- 1/2 c. peas cooked
