Ingredients
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. sugar, up to 3
- 1/2 tsp salt, (optional)
- 1 x apple made into applesauce or possibly 1/3 c. prepared
- Â Â applesauce
- 3/4 c. soy lowfat milk
- 2 x egg whites equivalent, (i used energee)
- 1 x 15 ounce can creamed corn
Description
Preheat Oven To 425. Spray An 8X8 Pan And Preheat. Mix All Ingredients, Pour Batter Into Heated Pan And Bake For 20 Min. Chill Leftovers. Also Freezes Well.
