  • 4 ounce Sea salt
  • 1/2 lt Extra virgin olive oil and herb garlic, (marinade)

  •     Salt and pepper
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil and parsley

  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pommery mustard
  • 1/4 lt Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 ml Tomato juice
  • 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml White wine vinegar
