•     filling-
• 6 ounce chocolate, semisweet
• 7 ounce amaretti
• 4 ounce almond paste
• 1/3 c. amaretto liqueur
• 1/4 c. sugar, granulated
• 1 1/2 lb cream cheese (room temperature)
• 4 lrg Large eggs
• 1/2 c. heavy cream
