Antipasto Salad Dressing Recipe


  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 1 T minced green pepper
  • 1 T minced pimento
  • 1 T minced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed


Place The Following In A Jar With A Screw Top: Put Together, Apply Screw Top, And Shake Well. Serve On Green Salad. Makes One Cup.
