- 1 Tbsp. Black mustard seed, roasted
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin seed, roasted
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Nuoc mam
- 1/4 c. Black pepper
- 1/4 c. Warm paprika
- 1/4 c. Grnd cumin
- 4 lrg Chipotle peppers, torn into pcs
- 2 lrg Jalapeno peppers, minced
- 2 lb Fresh tomatoes, minced
- 1 can (28-ounce) peeled tomatoes, minced
- 12 ounce Tomato paste
- 2 x Heads garlic, pressed
- 2 lrg Yellow onions, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 lb Kielbasa
- 3 lb Grnd beef
- 2 Tbsp. Dry shrimp
- 1 c. Smoked oysters
- 1/4 c. Honey
