Avacado Salad Souffle Recipe


  • 1 pkt (3-ounce) lime gelatin
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed, reserve juice
  • 1 c. Minced avacado
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Cream, whipped
  • 1 pch Salt


Dissolve Gelatin In Warm Water; Let Cold. Add In Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice, Mayonnaise And Salt. Blend Well In Mixer And Allow To Refrigeratetill Thickened. Pour Into Ice Trays…
