  • 1/4 c. lowfat lowfat milk
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 c. frzn peas, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (opt.)
  • Pastry for single crust 9 inch pie
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. water

Description

In A 10 Inch Skillet Over Medium Heat, In Warm Butter, Cook Onion, Celery, And Carrot Till Tender. Stir In Soup, Corn, And Lowfat Milk. Heat Thoroughly.
