- 1/2 c. Dry white wine or possibly white vermouth

- 12 x Parsley sprigs tied together with
- 1 tsp dry thyme plus
- 6 x Peppercorns and also
- 1 x Bay leaf in a cheesecloth bag
- 1 lb Large shrimp peeled, deveined,
- Â Â and halved lengthwise
- 1/2 lb Sea scallops halved if large
- 1/2 lb Lump crab meat picked over
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk - (about)
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
