- Â Â mushrooms, minced
- Â Â canned corn, low-salt
- Â Â thawed frzn or possibly canned low-salt peas
- Â Â green beans, minced [if available]
- Â Â red or possibly Napa cabbage, roughly minced [optional]
- 3 x hard-boiled Large eggs, minced [optional]
- 2 ounce ripe black olives, diced
- 4 ounce canned beans: garbanzo, black, kidney or possibly pinto, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. spaghetti, uncooked, broken into 1" lengths
- Â Â Vinaigrette, warm sauce, light soy sauce, mixed well, or possibly homemade or possibly Italian
