• . Sweet Syrup:
• . 300 gr (~1-1/2 cups) granulated sugar
• . 600 ml (22 oz.) of water (distilled if possible)

• . * Alcohol used: The brand ‘Absolut’ vodka worked very well in this type of infusion. Feel free to use another brand as long as you’re very selective about using the best quality possible. Update: Regular 40% alcohol (No-Name brand) can also be used with success.
