Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Margarine
  • 6 x Spring onions trimmed and
  •     Minced
  • 1 lrg Carrot finely sliced.
  • 1 med Turnip minced.
  • 6 ounce 180 g new potatoes scrubbed
  •     And sliced.
  • 15 pt 900 ml vegetable stock.
  • 2 ounce 60 g green beans trimmed and
  •     Sliced
  • 2 ounce 60 g fresh or possibly frzn peas.
