  • 6 ounce. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, plus juice
  • 6 teaspoon artificial sweetener (3 is sufficient)
  • 1 teaspoon banana flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

This Is A Good Base For Ambrosia And Cherries Can Be Added But It Would Not Be Part Of The Weight Watcher's Diet.
