- 1/2 c. Minced dates and/or possibly other dry fruits
- 1/4 c. Honey, warmed (up to 1/3)
- 1 jar (10 ounce) apricot preserves
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, optional (up to 2)
- 1/2 c. Apple juice, optional (makes it crunchier)
