  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill leaves -- finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon leaves -- finely minced
  • 1 lb fresh jumbo lump crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Tabasco -- or possibly to taste
