- 1 x dry arbol chile, crushed
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 x clove garlic, quartered
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grnd coriander seeds
- 1 x papaya, peeled, seeded, and

- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
