  • 1/2 c. Pecan halves
  • 4 x Duck breasts, skinned, boned, halved
  • 1 med Onion, coarsely minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 x Green bell pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tsp Crushed dry red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
