  • 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 c. Minced green onions (about 3 medium)
  • 1 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese (6-ounce)
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
