- 1/3 tsp chopped fresh sage
- 1/8 tsp allspice

- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. apple cider
- 2 c. coarse fresh bread crumbs
- 2 c. grnd hazelnuts
- 1 c. fine crackermeal
- 6 ounce cream cheese - (to 8 ounce)
