  • 1 Tbsp. Shao Hsing Hua Tiau wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornflour

  • 1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. black vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
