•     warm pepper sauce, to taste
• 1 tsp warm prepared mustard, or possibly to taste such as Cajun, creole or possibly Chinese
• 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
• 16 x melba toast rounds
• 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, Or possibly
• 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
