- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Â Â warm pepper sauce, to taste
- 1 tsp warm prepared mustard, or possibly to taste such as Cajun, creole or possibly Chinese
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 16 x melba toast rounds
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, Or possibly
- 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
