Amandelspijs, Amandelpers Recipe


  • 250 gm Almonds
  • 250 gm Pwdr sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  •     ts Sugared lemonzest


Peel The Almonds. Dry Them And Grind Them (not Too Finely) Together With The Sugar, Egg And Lemonzest. Leave In A Cold Place For At Least A Few Days To 'ripen'.
