Apple Pulp, Raisin And Cherry Crumble Muffins Recipe

  • 1 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup granny smith apple pulp (enjoy a glass of fresh apple juice while making the pulp in your juicer)
  • 1/4 cup of cinnamon apple sauce
  • 1 cup of plumped raisins
  • 1 cup of plumped dried cherries

  • 1 Cup cinnamon life cereal
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick of cold salted butter diced
