American Lamb Cassoulet Recipe


  • 10 ounce Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1/2 c. Scallions, sliced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning, crushed
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 3/4 lb Lamb shoulder, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 med Zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 lb Canned Great Northern beans, liquid removed


Prep: 10 Minutes, Cook: 15 Minutes. Combine All Ingredients, Except Zucchini And Beans, In A Microwave Casserole. Cover And Microwave On High 3 Min. Remove Cover And Stir. Continue…
