  • 4 ounce baby bok choy finely minced
  • 3 ounce fat-free evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 ounce baby Swiss cheese (lowfat) diced or possibly grated
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 slc Multi-grain seeded bread crumbed
  • 1 x carrot finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd flax seed optional
